Providens is an independent, family owned company located in the region of South East Europe. With separate legal entities in Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Slovenia Providens is covering total of 6 countries with population of approximately 20 milllion people, conducting business in a wide range of pharmaceutical portfolio focusing on hospital-based products, orphan drugs and Rx spec. products.

Founded in 1997 as a partner of several pharma companies with only two employees to multi country presence with few dozen employees, Providens has built a robust regional infrastructure and is recognized as a reliable and competent partner.
